Terms of Service

Welcome to Atlascapes Auto Rentals. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website, mobile apps, and private rental services. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum driving age in your state), possess a valid driver’s license, and meet our identity and driving record requirements. Additional age restrictions may apply for specific vehicles.
Booking a Vehicle
To book a vehicle from our fleet, you must create an account, verify your ID, and provide a valid payment method. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
Rental Agreement
By booking a vehicle, you are entering into a rental agreement directly with Atlascapes Auto Rentals. You agree to adhere to all terms outlined herein, including rules for vehicle use, fuel, and cleaning.
Insurance
All rentals include a protection plan provided by our third-party insurance partner. You are responsible for any deductibles or fees associated with a claim. Any damage, accidents, or theft must be reported to us immediately.
Prohibited Use
- Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Using the vehicle for towing, racing, or any illegal activities.
- Allowing unapproved drivers to operate the vehicle.
- Disabling any tracking or safety devices installed in the vehicle.
Partnership Agreement
Partner Renters enter into a service agreement with Atlascapes Auto Rentals to have their vehicle managed and rented out through our platform. This is a selective program, and not all vehicles will be eligible.
Vehicle Eligibility & Maintenance
Vehicles must meet strict criteria for age, condition, and safety. As a Partner Renter, you are responsible for maintaining your vehicle to our standards, though we may coordinate maintenance on your behalf.
Management & Representation
You authorize Atlascapes Auto Rentals to market, price, rent, and manage all aspects of your vehicle's rental on our platform. We act as the agent on your behalf.
Earnings & Payouts
Partner Renters receive payouts based on the terms of their individual service agreement. Payouts are calculated from rental revenue minus our service fees, insurance costs, and any other agreed-upon expenses.
Insurance & Liability
All rentals are covered by our commercial insurance policy. Your personal insurance may not apply during rental periods. You agree to cooperate fully in the event of any claims.
Platform Role
Atlascapes Auto Rentals is a private rental service. We own or manage all vehicles available on the platform. We are not an open peer-to-peer marketplace. Public listings are not accepted at this time.
Account Requirements
Users must provide accurate information. False or fraudulent accounts will be terminated.
Disclaimers & Liability
Atlascapes Auto Rentals takes responsibility for the safety and availability of our fleet. Our liability is limited as outlined in the rental agreement and by the terms of our insurance policy.
Intellectual Property
All site content, logos, and software are owned by Atlascapes Auto Rentals. You may not copy or distribute without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or remove any user at our discretion for violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
